Bowles Crossing Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations

1. Sponsor: Bowles Crossing, 14697 Delaware Street, Suite 850, Westminster, Colorado, 800232. Bowles Crossing / Wellness Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) or older and a permanent resident in Colorado, stationed at a military installation or be a valid full-time student registered at a campus, university or educational institution within the same area. Void outside of Colorado, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Bowles Crossing, 14697 Delaware Street, Suite 850, Westminster, Colorado, 80023 (the “Sponsor”), Vestar Arizona, LLC, 2415 East Camelback Road #100, Phoenix, Arizona, 85016 or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, tenants and their employees, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win.3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Sweepstakes.4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.5. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.7. The closing date for entry will be January 2, 2023 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“MT”). After this date and time, no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted.8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Complete the entry form from each designated restaurant found on Bowles Crossing's contest page. Once the entry form has been submitted, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. You will be eligible for one (1) entry.10. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Sponsor.11. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Sweepstakes.12. The prize is as follows: (1) unlimited class pass to YogaSix for the duration of one month and (1) gift certificate to Restore Hyper Wellness for one of their core services. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Prizes will be mailed via certified mail. 13. Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Sponsor or its agents.14. The winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or letter within twenty-four (24) hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner, time permitting.15. Sponsor will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.16. The sponsor’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.17. By entering this Sweepstakes, an entrant is opting into Bowles Crossing and all participating tenant's newsletter databases.18. The Sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the current United States data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.20. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: pjeschke@vestar.com21. Entry into the Sweepstakes will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.22.
